Artist Ambreen Butt will discuss her artistic practice including her works that appears in the exhibition Paper Chase.

About the Artist: Ambreen received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in traditional Indian and Persian miniature painting from the National College of Arts in Lahore, Pakistan. She moved to Boston, Massachusetts in 1993 and earned her Master of Fine Arts in painting from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Her work has been featured in exhibitions at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, the Brooklyn Museum, the National Art Gallery in Islamabad, Pakistan, the Sunshine Museum in Beijing, China, and many other venues. Butt is the recipient of numerous prizes and residencies.
