Introducing Museum Nights, a Stanford student event happening on Tuesdays in October. Come for virtual art-making, talks, and student performances that explore the themes of storytelling, migration, and the meaning of home for the upcoming art exhibition, When Home Won't Let You Stay: Migration through Contemporary Art. Tue Oct 20 ~ Part 2: Art-Making Night

Museum Nights, Part 2 will feature artmaking with MFA student, Miguel Novelo (https://miguelnovelo.com). He will guide students through an interactive virtual art making project that explores the themes of storytelling, migration, and the meaning of home for the upcoming art exhibition, When Home Won't Let You Stay: Migration through Contemporary Art. The only necessary materials are yourself and a computer! 

The art demo will take place from 7-7:30 PM PDT followed by a Q&A session with Miguel Novelo from 7:30-7:45 PM PDT.

Attend the Student Art Showcase and see work created by fellow Stanford students. Participate in the showcase by submitting artwork inspired by themes of migration and the meaning of home here: (http://bit.ly/Submit_Art) by Wed, Oct 21 @ 11:59 PM. Selected students will receive $50 gift cards.
