In the early 1900s, these visionaries shared the spotlight of the European arts scene. The day will also include a visit to two artists' studios- those of a noted Bay Area sculptor and an acclaimed mosaic master.

PALO ALTO STUDIO VISITS

Each day, local community artists are creating unusual works behind seemingly ordinary doors. The day will begin with a tour of the shared studio of two dynamic Palo Alto artists who create brightly colored abstract landscape and figurative oil paintings. The afternoon will conclude with a visit to a distinctive space featuring large works by an internationally known artist, followed by a catered brunch.

TRAVELS WITH CANTOR: FOLLOW THE LEGACY OF MAJOR ARTISTS IN PAINT AND PAGE

Experience the spirit of the Monterey Peninsula and Salinas Valley through works that artists have captured on canvas and in print, and see the continuation of that legacy by contemporary artists.
