Stanford University Self-Guided Visit Request Form

Due to unexpected staffing changes, we are not currently able to accommodate visits to the museum’s classroom. We will continue to accept requests for self-guided visits to the galleries on days that the museum is open to the public. We anticipate returning to a more robust class visit program in Fall 2022.

Class visits are generally scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm Pacific. Because the museum is closed to the public on Mondays and Tuesdays, class visits may be limited on those days.

We encourage faculty and other instructors to familiarize themselves with our collection before requesting a class visit. You can browse or search our online collection by clicking here.

To place a request for a visit, please submit the following form at least 4 weeks before the date of your desired visit. Please understand that we are not able to accept short-notice requests and that we may not be able to fulfill every request.
